I want to cancel. You are billing me $32.16 per month when you came out with Captivate 9 in August. I was not advised to upgrade at the cheaper rate, nor was I offered a discount on the remainder of my subscription. This is UNCONSCIONABLE customer service.. Granted the monthly savings is only a few dollars, but the fact that you did not tell me I could get an upgrade for cheaper, or that you never offered me a roll-over plan that would give me a discount for being a loyal customer makes me strongly disinclined to remain with your company.
Please cancel my subscription immediately and we will settle on the final billing details at the end of my billing month. Additionally, you have the most difficult cancellation process of any online subscription I've ever subscribed to. Not only do I not plan on ever using Captivate as a rapid eLearning development tool in the future, I will also recommend to my clients NOT to subscribe to your service.
