Cannot install Adobe Captivate

Dear all,

I do have a license of Adobe Captivate, and as it does not work tried to re-install.

Now I donwloaded the software again, but I always get the message that my browser or system is not supported any longer. I do have Windows 10, have made all updates, wonder if the problem is that now Edge is the standard browser... but anyway, I want to work on my licensed program!

What can I do?

I think you should change your default broswer to google chrome and try may be the issue is caused by the browser. lets us know which version of captivate your trying to downlaod and install.

Captivate works fine with Edge, that is not the reason.

Can you please tell which exact version of Captivate you are using? The most recent version for Windows is 11.5.5.553.
