Hello,
When I try to preview my course on the web, using the Preview From This Slide, do not see the 3 break points (Desktop, tablet and mobile).
I tried to narrow it down, and think what's causing this is an attached PDF I have on the master slides.
When I preview with the PDF, it's previewing in another location, such as file:///C:Users/JFRAPP .... as opposed to when I preview without the PDF, it's previewing localhost:2909 ....
I've never encountered this issue before - with an attached PDF to a course.
Any suggestions on how to make this work?
Using Captivate 9, responsive course.
Many thanks,
Julie

Upload your published project to the web and test it from there. Never trust locally testing anything HTML5.

I have this same issue. In fact, it was working just fine earlier today on the same file. I previewed it several times locally, and it gave me the breakpoint buttons at the top. All of a sudden, the breakpoint buttons have disappeared. I need to rapidly see the breakpoints over and over and make sure everything is working properly before publishing the project to the web.
Anyone?

I contacted Adobe, and it's a bug. Attached PDFs (mine was a link in a button) makes the break point buttons go away in preview for Captivate 9. It's supposedly fixed in Captivate 2017, but I have no upgraded …
