Issue with submit not registering the answer. When you answer a question incorrectly you will receive the responder that the answer is incorrect but it does not register the answer. (does not gray out the answer options with the one chosen locked in) If you answer correctly it seems to work correctly.
We would like to be able to allow the user to skip a question in order to answer those they may know the answer to quickly and be able to come back to the ones that are more difficult for them. The assessment will be time on a total time basis not as individual questions. Thus the need to allow forward/back movement.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
If you want to allow coming back tona question, you need to use the Submit
All feature.

Submit all seems to work except when they do not pass the quiz. The LMS doesnt show them as failed (pass/fail is the set option) It only shows resume. I know I'm not showing all settings but is there a setting you can think of that may not be checked or one that shouldn't be?

How many attempts do you allow on Quiz level (in Quiz Preferences)?

Hi Lilybiri, I have it set to infinite attempts.

That is the reason why you get Retake and never Failure.

Ok, i can understand that but, we want to make sure they do have the opportunity to pass. If i change it to a set number of times wouldn't it show the same thing until they reached that number? If we set it to 1 then it would be pass/fail. But if they fail they would need to re-sign up for the course in order to take it again.

If you set Quiz attempts to infinite they will always get Retake button
until they pass.

Yes, thank you again. After reading my first reply I realized i had narrowed my focus to trying to figure out why the LMS wasnt performing the way i expected and not looking at how it should perform. You are correct again and I thank you for all of your help.
