I am using captivate 2017 to publish as HTML5. I have built a Cordova OS X project and imported all my captivate published Files. The project consists of multiple Modules all connected via their individual CPM.js files.
The problem I am experiencing Is that Often with Jumping from one project to another images or captions will fail to load, rendering a black screen After a Relatively short Race creed with loading animation.
An example error reported by Xcode is:
**** drawing failed. img incomplete dr/4382_117_109.png
Sometimes all will work fine with all images showing up, But occasionally the aforementioned problem will cause the software to render a blank screen or a partially empty screen.
Therefore my questions are:
1) Is it possible to publish in html5 exporting the actual old .png files.
2) If not, then where exactly does the json file point to for the .png files. As an example again the error xcode gives is:
drawing failed. img incomplete dr/4382_117_109.png
Where is dr/4382_117_109.png.
3) is there a way to dump the date from the json cached images as I believe it might be a conflict between equal file names.
