Hi,
Technical team tried to download and install Adobe captivate 2019 64 bit for windows. This is procured through the corporate account (L&T Infotech). The installation doesnt complete. The Capticate icon shows up in programs, but once I click on it, an error window shows up which states "The localized resource files for this application could not be loaded. Please reinstall or repair the application and try again".
We are trying to uninstall but it just wont allow uninstallation.
Would really appreciate some advise.
