Captivate 2019 - Any tip for saving output as a PPT?

We have an eLearning module. The customers unfortunately also need a printable handout. I am able to save it as a Word document/handout. However, the formatting is not so great and needs some manual fixes when we save it as a word handout.

Is there a way to save/output the Captivate project as a PPT or any other tip/cheat?

Saving a PPT as a PDF is much cleaner.

Unfortunately, Captivate does not really have any other output formats that would be easier to work with than the MS Word Handout that you have already mentioned.

The handout doc can be configured to have a screenshot of the slide as well as the voiceover transcript underneath.  In my experience this is what most reviewers/approvers want to see (in addition to viewing the actual working output) so that they can mark any changes they want.

As you mentioned, the formatting of the Word doc is not that pretty and may require some manual adjustment for presentation improvement.  But trying to get this same information into a PPT by copying and pasting screenshots and text from the MS Word handout would be even more bothersome.

Once the Word document is presentable, saving it to a PDF is exactly the same process as saving a PPT deck to PDF.
