Captivate 2019 cannot post Connect : Selected Asset Does not Exist?

Any advice?

Captivate 2019 release cannot publish to Connect Training account. Says "selected asset does not exist." Never gets to a login prompt. For all files, including a one slide test I tried to publish. Connect won't take a zip either. Is it a Captivate issue?

Any solves? Thanks in advance.
