Captivate 6 - Control Buttons don't work

In preview mode everything is fine but as soon as I publish (MP4) none of the control buttons work.

I can't believe there are no solutions to this.

MP4 is a video format, which means literally 'no interactivity'. If you want an interactive course, you need to publish to an interactive format: either to SWF or the HTML5.  You can also publish to an interactive pdf or to exe, but both formats also SWF-based.
