Captivate 6 - How to get cursor in a text entry box without clicking on it

I am creating a simulation where the user needs to enter an e-mail address in a text entry box and then click tab to move to the next slide. The simulation will be accessed through an LMS and the problem I have is that the cursor does not appear in the text entry box automatically - instead the user must click on the text entry box before they can begin typing the e-mail address.

When I preview the slides, it works fine, but when the .htm or .swf file are played back, the cursor is not in the text entry box - instead the url in the address bar of internet explorer is highlighted.  I have to click on the actual text entry box to get the cursor.

I have searched the forum and cannot find a fix that has helped.  Any ideas?

If my memory is correct, this kind of issue existed in the first version of 6 (very buggy), can you tell the exact version number you are using?

The buggy one, try to upgrade (Help, Updates), that was one of the solved bugs after that first patch (free). It should be 6.0.1. (do not remember last numbers, don't have 6 anymore).
