Captivate 8.0.3.290

I'm having problems viewing published videos on local NHS SharePoint site. Previously I was able to publish as .SWF/HTML with no problems. Some weeks later, for no apparent reason, the finished videos failed to play the video capture segments of my work. I then switched to publishing in PDF as an alternative and all was fine again. However, just the past few days, the same issue from before has presented. The non-video capture segments play but the 'spinning wheel' image appears whenever the presentation reaches the video segment. The animated/other elements that overlay the video segment continue to play as normal until the presentation ends.

I've attempted changes to all obvious settings related to file size to no avail. The older (near identical) presentations I developed, on another local SharePoint site, however, continue to play normally (these are also in PDF).

I have read that a patch can possibly be downloaded to rectify the issue but would appreciate any guidance/additional info from Adobe or other users. Many thanks.
