Good Afternoon,
I'm new to Adobe software deployments and updates and I'm having issues updating Captivate 8 to 8.0.3.290.
I have local admin rights and I can download the update but it fails to install.

Did you run the update as Administrator?
Right click the file and choose 'Run as administrator'.

Hi,
I've ran it as 'Administrator' and it's still the same.
Machine has been re-booted and the Anti-Virus is up to date
