Captivate 8 - Cannot Import Background Audio

New Here ,
Jun 02, 2017 Jun 02, 2017

The Save/Cancel buttons do not show when I try to import background audio. I have already reset the Classic view, and tried expanding the window to see if the buttons would show, as I saw in other posts regarding this.  I still can't see the buttons.

It doesn't look like a resolution issue (screenshot). Which version (exact number)? I thought 8.0.3 is the last one.

I asked about OS, if it is Win10 check the display % please!

The screenshot is from the Edit tab, importing is done first using the Add/Replace tab. Is it a problem after editing an existing Background clip?

No, I just clicked on both tabs to see if the buttons would appear.  I did Audio>Import to>Background>Selected the file then the file loaded and the window opened without the buttons showing.

You are missing the bottom part of the dialog box, that is why I thought it to be a resolution problem.

Did you try to clear the Preferences?

Yes.  I just opened a blank presentation and set all preferences to default then tried importing background audio and the buttons still do not show.

As Lieve told you, this issue is usually due to the Display setting percentages on your computer.  Resetting Preferences will not resolve it.  You need to get into your computer settings and find where it is setting the display percentage too high.
