Captivate 8 for Windows Fails to launch

I'm no longer able to launch Captivate 8. I used it yesterday and now I can't get into it - even after re-installing. Help, please.

Hello ,

Welcome to Adobe Forums !

Are you getting any error message ? If yes please post a screenshot.

Also try recreating the preferences of Adobe Captivate 8 go to Installation folder of captivate\utils and run file CleanPreferencesWin.bat.

After this launch Captivate and see if you are still having issues or not.
