Captivate 8 SCORM build is not working in iPhone 6. The course is not responsive.

Compare to iPhone 5, there is an alignment issues. Please suggest, how to overcome this issues or what adjustment is required in source file.

1. Text are appearing in two lines, same appears in one line in iPhone5

2. Images are not responsive, some of the images get cut-off

3. Text box within background box - text cutoff (partly hidden)

4. Navigation bar (customized next, prev, play/pause, page numbering) is not appearing in the screen

Since the course is not responsive, we are not able to view the complete course. Please suggest.

Are these problem resolved in Captivate 9. Multi-device course will work on iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S?

Hi,

As you say you are designing a multi-device course,I would suggest you to use responsive project in Captivate9 which should help you to overcome most  of these issues.

Thanks,

Aditya
