What does the Reporting Answers do in Captivate 8?

If you have SCORM (or xAPI/TinCan) enabled for your project, it will send the results of the interaction to the LMS/LRS as 'interaction data'.

objects, not quiz slides. Whenever you have an Actions tab, you'll find the

Reporting possibility at the bottom. To have an overview of reported score,

look in the Advanced Interaction panel, to be opened with F9.
