I have tried for 2 days to get three courses launched to our LMS and have failed at every attempt. The settings are the same as courses I have developed numerous times and launched fine. But, these courses are freezing at 99% every single time on the preloader. If I turn off the loader, it just freezes on white screen. In browsers that let you F5 and refresh the popup, it loads perfectly the second time. I am not able to ask users to do this. Is there a way to send a refresh in the htm of the loader file? I am at my wits end, have tried searching for fixes to no avail, and can't find anything about this being an issue with CP 8, only 5.5 and before.
Anyone out there have this issue on SumTotal? All three courses work flawlessly on SCORMCloud, and I really am not able to start from scratch on these.
