Captivate 9 Action After Progressive Download Video Finishes Playing?

Hello, all.  I have a few progressive download videos on a slide and would like to add an action 'once a video finishes playing'.  Meaning, when it reaches the last frame of the progressive download video.

I have spent quite some time configuring the 'cpCmndPause', and 'cpCmndResume' system variables, but they only seem to pause/resume the project play bar, not the progressive video (it keeps playing even when the project is paused).

I need BOTH (Project and progressive video) to pause/resume on click.

Does anyone know of a 'Pause ALL' function, or has anyone created something similar in Captivate 9?

As you can read in this blog post, event video cannot be paused by Captivate, only by its control panel:
