Captivate 9 audio does not work on all machines on our network

I have published the file two ways. LMS compliant Sco file and publish for devices to load onto our internal network. The one published for devices is loaded and works fine for me and for many others in the organization, but about 50% of our staff cannot hear the audio at all. None of us are on XP. I know C9 audio won't work with that system. Is there an add-on or download that we need? our IT guys say it is something with Captivate, but I think it is an equipment issue. They can hear other types of files just not the published C9 file.

Hi there

The fact you are saying "Publish for devices" seems to indicate this is a Responsive HTML 5 project. For the computers where it works and those that don't, is there a difference in the browsers that are being used? For example, where it seems to work the users are using perhaps Google Chrome and where it fails the users are using perhaps IE or some other similarity?
