Captivate 9 audio glitch

New Here ,
Oct 23, 2016 Oct 23, 2016

Hello Community,

Version: Captivate 9

Production File Type: Video

Output File Type: MP4

When is publish my file there are 2 or more audio glitches in the MP4 output file - that do not exist in the Cap 9 video source file.

I have tried publishing to several file types and adjusting the output settings; however, it happens in all cases.

My preferred output is YouTube Widescreen HD:

Captivate Issue 102316.jpg

Thank you for your ideas.

Mischa

Mischa,

Welcome to Adobe Forums.

I would appreciate if you could elaborate more about the audio glitch so that I can understand it in a better way.

In the meanwhile I would request you to please check the version of Captivate you are using (Go to Help > About Adobe Captivate), Make sure it should be updated to 9.0.2.437.If it is not updated then go to Help > update.

Regards

Himanshu

Hello Himanshu,

The update resolved the issue - thank you!

FYI,

The glitch was a scratching sound that lasted for one second in several places on the timeline.
