Captivate 9 - Blank Screen in Preview Mode

Hello,

I receive a blank screen when trying to preview my project in any preview mode except HTML5, which plays my course as expected. The project is also blank when I publish the course and try to view it in Scorm Cloud.

Here's what I see in most of the preview modes.

I'm testing Captivate to see if it's a viable alternative to Articulate Storyline, so any assistance would be helpful.

All Preview methods except F11 (Preview HTML in Browser) do suppose you have a Flash-enabled browser. Is that the case?
