I have all the latest versions of the above. Captivate does not recognize that Office is installed at all. I tried all the possible solutions found online (or here). I have also contacted Adobe via the bug form .. and I am being ignored. Does anybody know how to make Adobe fixing this?
It's a bug that has been around since previous versions of Captivate?
Shouldn't paying customers receive support and solutions to problems like this?
Thank you for your consideration.

I suspect you meant 'print to Word, edited the title that way. Do you mean exporting the captions and slide notes to Word? Or create handouts? Since I am a PC-user, will not be of much help to you, Mac-user.

Yep all of them. It's basically like I did not have Office installed, as far as Captivate is concerned. Thanks for clarifying and for offering to help. Unfortunately only Adobe can fix this bug, and apparently they are too busy to care. 😞
As far as I can tell from what I read, the bug exists on the PC too.
Appreciated.

Not really, I can import PPT (which I never do) and use Word on PC.

I am glad you can, but I do have read of other cases in which this happens on a PC too. Admittedly old threads .. so Adobe might have solved this for PC users, great. What about Macs?
Anyway .. I posted here only in the hope that Adobe will read and do something about it, if nothing else for a sense of pride .. but I won't hold my breath.
Thanks

This is a user forum, you should log a bug.
The threads you are mentioning are about conflicts between not compatible versions. Most recent version of Office with an older version of Captivate will not work.

I did report the bug using the appropriate online form, more than once. I have never received an answer, otherwise (as I said) I would not have posted anything here. If the versions are not compatible, then Adobe should start working on the problem collaborating with Microsoft when necessary, give all the affected users detailed information on why this is happening, how they will fix it, and the timeline to have it fixed.
At least this is my humble opinion of what a serious and committed company should do, if nothing else as a form of respect toward paying users.
That's the only reason I used the community, in the hope that Adobe reads this.
Thank you for your comments and consideration.
Appreciated.

Also I forgot to mention .. I have the latest versions of everything, Office for Mac, Captivate and OS X 10.11.6. Running everything as administrator etc.
And still does not work.
If you know of any other more appropriate place where to contact Adobe (and receive an answer/solution), please let me know.
Thanks and my apologies for posting here .. I just do not know what else to do to be heard from Adobe.
