I am running Captivate 9.0.0.223 on an Surface i5-4300U CPU 1.9 GHz with 4G Memory RUNNING Windows 8.1 Pro
I have created several software simulations which I have successfully published as SWF and HTML. When I try to publish as a video it goes through the entire process of publishing and conversion up through 100% when finishing up processing it fails with:
Microsoft Visual C++
Runtime Library Error R6025
pure virtual function call
At this point the entire application fails and shuts down.
Does anyone have any expert advice?
