Why is this happening? Captivate 9 works well when creating a demo of an application (which I've got at full screen) but if I choose to record full screen, it automatically chooses to record my second monitor. My displays are set up properly, monitor 1 is primary, etc.

A short term fix is to set your monitors to 'mirrored' while you record, complete the recording, save the Cp files, then reset the monitors to 'side-by-side' for editing.
Your post is far to vague: no mention of OS, platform, video settings, video cards, etc.; for anyone to offer detailed recommendations.

I thought I was being clear, sorry.
In other words, every program I have, acknowledges that monitor 1 is monitor 1 and monitor 2 is monitor 2. When I go into monitor settings and identify, they identify properly, both in Windows settings and Nvidia.
The ONLY program that I have that decides to think that monitor 2 is the monitor to use for full screen is Adobe Captivate 9.
Better?
And why should I have to jump through hoops to accommodate a problem that shouldn't exist?
regards,
Harry
