Captivate 9 Exam Caching Answers

Explorer ,
Apr 25, 2017 Apr 25, 2017

I have a captivate course with a variety of multiple choice questions and drag and drop scenarios (scored).  If a user fails the course and uses the default retake button, the multiple choice questions will reset, however on the drag and drop scenarios any correct messages they received when they tried an example is still on the screen.

I have tried clearing the cache and republishing as well as tried both SWF and HTML5 publishing options.  This is being published in an LMS system.

Problem Solved.  Apparently in my infinite wisdom, I created an individual success caption as opposed to using the default one provided.  I can provide no excuse or thought why this was a good idea at the time.....only due to the fact it wasn't...at all....

Thank you for entertaining my stupidity!

Did you set the Drag and Drop interaction to report to the quiz?
