Hi everyone,
We developed a responsive project on captivate 9. But, when we shared the file with client, the assigned fonts were not loaded, they changed to Times New Roman.
The client previously installed the fonts, but Captivate doesn't seem to recognize them.
We opened the same file on two different computers using captivate 9, and we did not have this issue, fonts loaded correctly.
Have any of you face something similar, any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks.

Was he looking at the cptx-file or a published file?

I have no idea why those fonts are not recognized, since you tell that they were with the same cptx on other systems. Are you totally sure those are the same fonts?

I asked a colleague to install the fonts on her computer, and when she opened the captivate file, fonts were recognized, wondering if the problem comes from the client's computer.
Thank you both for you feedback. Hopefully this will be fixed shortly.

Do you know how the client installed the fonts? Also, do you know if the client had Captivate closed prior to installing the fonts and opening the file? Unlike other Adobe applications, you can't install fonts while Captivate is running and have the fonts show up in Captivate.

I ran into this problem, myself, after developing a few training modules using v9, then losing my primary hard drive. I had upgraded over the years from Captivate 5.5 and I use the Myriad Pro font a lot.
When I reinstalled v9 on the new hard drive and opened my modules the fonts defaulted to Times New Roman. It wasn't pretty. Myriad Pro was not provided by Captivate version 9 - it had been supplied by an earlier version.
After I got the font series from another Captivate user and installed it, everything was fine.
