Captivate 9 Glossary

New Here ,
Oct 24, 2015 Oct 24, 2015

Hi,

I'm attempting to use the glossary in Captivate 9 and everything seems to work in preview, but once I publish, the glossary doesn't appear. Does anyone know a fix for this for Captive 9? I seem to only see the .swf for Captivate 8 and earlier.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Do you publish to SWF or to HTML? Is it a responsive or a blank project?

Hi Lilybiri -

I am publishing to SWF and it is a responsive project.

That is just impossible, responsive projects cannot be published to SWF at

all, only to HTML.

Then maybe that is why it's not showing up? I'm sorry...I'm a beginner Captivate user.

How did you test, please? For a responsive project, the preview will show in a browser window, temporary files are created for that. Do not use Play slide, which is not a preview at all.
