Hello,
I have recently starting having issues starting a project from powerpoint. I am able to select the file, select project size, and after it hits 99% uploaded Captivate closes. This happens intermittently. Additionally, Captivate will close out when trying to sync back to the presentation. This happens intermittently.
We recently went from Microsoft Office 13 to 16 (O365). I do have a 64 bit operating system but only 32 bit Captivate 9.
Does anyone have an idea if my equipment isn't compatible? Of if this is a re-occurring problem with Captivate 9?
