Captivate 9 - include text entry box to quiz

Hello,

I am trying to make a text entry box to be scored and added to a quiz.  I followed the instructions on https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/using/text-entry-boxes.html

But the "Include in quiz" option under Reporting section is greyed out.  Did I miss any step in the setting?  Look forward to your advise.  Thanks.

Is the TEB set to be validated? It is in the Style Tab, you have to check 'Validate User Input' and enter correct answers.
