Captivate 9 Mac to PC Compatibility

Community Beginner ,

I have been working with a contractor who uses a Mac. He can open the Captivate files I send him, which were created on my PC, but I cannot open the files he created on his Mac. Does anyone have a solution?

Are you sure to use exactly the same version? Check the full version number please. Since he can open your files, he could be on a later version than yours.

In your case, one of you needs to either upgrade or the other needs to downgrade if
