Captivate 9 mystery audio

Engaged ,
Aug 11, 2016 Aug 11, 2016

This project is playing audio on a random questions slide that doesn't show any audio on the filmstrip or when you look at the question pool questions.  The audio it plays is from a slide that occurs after the 8 random question slides on the filmstrip.  The audio also plays on the slide it is assigned to.  It only plays on the second random question slide.  Not the first or the other 6 random question slides.

We've looked all over and can't find where there is any audio associated with this.

Help???

Thank you,

Susan

Perhaps try clicking Audio > Audio Management and seeing if anything appears there?

Cheers... Rick

Be sure to turn on 'Show Object Level Audio' in the Audio Management panel. Since it looks like being audio attached to an object, since you don't see any audio icon in the Filmstrip.

Be advised that the release notes for the new update for Captivate 9.02.421 mention that this update resolves some audio issues similar to the ones you mention in this thread.

So I would recommend you try the update to see if it resolves the issue for you.
