Hi,
I've made Video Composition files with Adobe Captivate 9 on PC.
When I publish them as .mp4 files, there is no change in the bitrate of the videos, whenever I choose 2 or 50 Mbits/s , CBR or VBR.
The published videos still have a very small bitrate between 0,2 an 0,4 Mbit/s.
I tried with my coworker's Captivate 9 installed in his PC, and the results are the same.
It seems there is a bug in the publication settings. Can I apply my bitrate settings elsewhere (in an .ini file or wherever Captivate will read it).
