Hello,
Could anyone help me on how to ensure same font in my Captivate project and in the browser/LMS.
I've just asked someone to test my pages and all fonts have defaulted to Times New.
Thanks in advance.

No, I never used it in a Captivate project. I know this is limiting, and really cross my fingers that Typekit will be integrated in a future release of Captivate as it has been in other Adobe applications.
Do you have 'dynamic text'? I mean text with inserted variables? For the other static text containers, a workaround is to convert the text to images, I will try to convert it to SVG because of file size. There is an example of text converted that way in this blog post:

Captivate cannot embed fonts at this moment. You should choose a websafe font, especially if you are using text containers that have variables inserted; which have to be rendered on runtime. Same for the score slide of a quiz which has several system variables.

Thanks.
Captivate 9 has 6-7 websafe fonts but Century Gothic isn't one of them, even though it is considered web safe. Have you ever used Century Gothic?
Thanks

Look at the lightboxes: the text on the crazy backgrounds are created by exporting to SVG from Illustrator.
