Captivate 9: "Unable to get property 'qs' of undefined or null reference" (IE)

Hello,

we created a Multi-SCO, SCORM 1.2  package of several responsive Captivate Courses.

In some LMS they work fine when testing ( e.g. SCORM Cloud, and ouer in-House LMS )

Out customer reports, that in their LMS some users can't start some of the courses and get the Error "Unable to get property 'qs' of undefined or null reference" in Internet Explorer ( 10/11/Edge ? ). Other users can start all courses and don't have those issues.

Is there any known bug or workaround that relates to this error?  We don't have direct access to the LMS of our customer, so its hard debug and we even do not know if the problem is provoked on the content site or on the LMS site of the system.

Any advice would be great, thanks for looking!

We had a recent issue with inconsistent behavior across different LMSs, it turned out to be that the scorm version was the problem.  I'd be checking to see if the LMSs that are not working have a way to specify the version of scorm that the course is using, or even supports the version you are using.
