Captivate 9 - Responsive Project - Smart shape motion path fail

Community Beginner ,

Hello,

I am using Captivate 9 to create a responsive project. I created a smart shape polygon and applied the motion affect to go from left to right. When I am in design mode and click play, the shape moves as it should. When I preview or publish the project, the shape stops short of the end point. I tried to attach two png images, both set to 900px and I get a message "That image type is forbidden".

Any ideas why the shape would stop short, or perhaps why I can not upload the images?

Peter

Did you install the hotfix? Present version is 9.0.0.230.

Play slide is not a preview method, you should only use it to synchronize on the timeline, it is not meant to be a Preview method.

That was it. That issue is resolved. Thanks!

Any ideas why I could not insert a PNG image using the camera icon? I kept getting the error "That file type is forbidden". I used MS Paint to create the PNG file.
