Captivate 9, Scorm 2004 3rd, Saba 5.5 Exit and Completion/Success Status Issues

I have some courseware that I am publishing out of Captivate 9 output format is HTML 5 using SCORM 2004 3rd. I have an Exit button with the built-in Exit action. When I import this course into Saba 5.5 LMS the Exit button does not close the course window, however it does when testing in the Scorm Cloud. Also the Completion Status and Success Status are never changed on the Saba course menu but they are in the Scorm Cloud.

I have seen posts in the forum about modifying the DoCPExit() function in the Utilities.js file. As far as I can tell this file is not used/referenced in any html, adding console.log statements dose nothing. I came across this post as well :How to code EXIT button for SCORM 2004 (Exit SCO to SCO tree) and tried to add javascript to the button with no results.

I have also seen forum post regarding completion/success status in Saba but those all appear to be for Scorm 1.2 which has different settings in Captivate 9 then Scorm 2004.

At this point I am not sure what I can do to get this course to close via the Exit button or track the completion and success status. Any thoughts or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
