That should suffice, you don't need interaction data checked unless you want to know how the user answered quiz questions

Send Data on every slide:

should send data to the LMS on every slide. This could be any read/write data in the SCORM model.

Never Send Resume data:

Without this checked no progress will be saved, no variable values, etc. This only pertains to the cmi.suspend_data model.

Don't really know what the last one does.

The last one is only applicable when AICC as the LMS integration standard for your output and has no relevance if you're using SCORM.
