Captivate 9: Software Demo Screen "jumps" on one slide

Community Beginner ,

Hi,

I cannot figure out why on one slide of a software demo it appears to jump from far left to the correct positioning. All other slides perform fine but this one slide. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks

Did you perhaps turn on automatic panning? I never did see this until now.

Hi Lilybiri,

I am editing for someone else, so I'm not sure. It doesn't pan in the rest of the software demo. I've seen it before in another one of our captivate projects.

That was the only reason I can think of that could cause this problem. Difficult to help since you are not the author of this demo.

Can you check the version number? It should be 9.0.2.437/
