Issue:
First slide has audio and a smart shape, other slides just have audio, when published as MP4 video the first slide's audio has an "echo" sound.
Solution:
I discovered that if I remove the smart shape I had on slide one which also had audio - that it resolves the issue. I have no idea why this is so and in my opinion is an obvious glitch (I did report it). So I just used snag-it to take a photo of first slide with smart shape, then deleted slide images, smart shapes, etc. and imported the image I took using snag-it so that the slide still looks the same, but is now one image (no smart shape). Now when published as MP4 the audio plays fine.
Again, this only seems to be an issue if publishing as MP4. When I published as swf, scorm, etc. I had no issue.
