Captivate 9 wrong answers

Hi there. In captivate 9 if have made a quiz of true and false questions in it. How do you make that if an user got an answer wrong, it will go directly to the quiz results and end your quiz?? What I want is to not go through every question. If I have failed an question, it will end the quiz right there and then.

Set each True/False question to only allow one attempt and set the On Last Attempt action to jump to the Quiz Result slide.

Make sure that the Quiz > Settings > Required drop down is set to Optional, otherwise some settings there can prevent the above from working.

In case you need a more complicated scenario, not to stop the quiz after a first failed question, but when it is impossible to reach the required passing score, here is a possible work flow which I wrote out for another user in this forum (a while ago):
