Hi There,

Greetings..!

Can you let me know the issue you are getting while accessing Captivate 8? Are you getting any error message? Can you post the screen shot of the error? Let me know if you are using Windows or MAC.

·        Hello Mayank,

I am using Windows. After watching the Captivate 9 webinar yesterday, several in my office loaded Captivate 9. When I try to open Captivate 8 it pops with the "Windows Firewall  has blocked some features in this program" which I have received since Captivate 8. When I click 'Allow Access' the dialog box disappears but nothing ever opens. This is happening to all of us that loaded it yesterday.

Mayank,

Thanks for the instructions. I am now able to open both Captivate 8 & 9. Thanks again for following through and getting this fixed. Now, my co-workers that are having the same issue, can  they follow these steps also?

Debra
