We have completed a fairly straightfoward e-learning module, but having real problems with how it interacts in the World Manager LMS system.
Is there anyone who has succesfully been uploading Scorm Files to the system.
Not sure if it is our settings or a platform setting.
Any feedback will be welcome
Warm Regards,
Shona
Even SCORM Cloud will give you a message about pop ups when you launch a course because it prefers the browser to have popups enabled due to launching the SCO module in a new window (which the browser may then regard as a 'popup'.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Captivate forum so that proper help can be offered.

I have never heard of, nor used that LMS. If it is SCORM compliant you will be able to upload a SCO created in Captivate. I can only recommend to find out if the problems are due to the setup of the SCO in Captivate (Quiz, Reporting sectioni) or to the LMS. The best way to figure that out is to test the course on SCORM Cloud (within limits it is free). If it works fine in SCORM Cloud you need to talk with the LMS people, and ask them for help.

Thank You,
I will review again in Scorm cloud, we did not have any issues when we tested except for pop us which was
a browser issue. we are engaging with the LMS team. Its difficult to ascertain if its a platform issue or a Captivate issue.
I will report back on our progress

Which popup did you get? It may be about having still a SWF-related item in the project. Most browsers do not support Flash Player anymore since end of 2020.
