Captivate [Can a Captivate video be stopped then started again?]

I simply need to know if a Captivate video can be stopped, then started again, and how. I simply cannot figure this out.

About which type of project are you talking: Video Demo (cpvc) or a cptx project? How will you publish: as interactive course (SWF or HTML5) or to mp4 (pure video)?
