Hello!
I got a problem with my course, and that is that drag and drop function does not work on html5 for phones and tablets.
Is this a known issue, or is there something I've done wrong?
Cheers!

Are you talking about a responsive project? Which version are you using?

I've tried both responsive and blank project, but neither of them work.

Which version of CP are you using? How did you test, after pusblishing and uploading to a webserver, or using Edge Inspect for testing on devices?

Sorry, forgot to include this in the post.
I'm using Captivate 9, I've been testing after publishing and uploading to an LMS(that then opens the project in a web browser on the phone).
I've not been able to test it with edge inspect due to not being able to try it at all (Gettin g404 error, but thats a whole other thing).

If you've been testing this from your own LMS, try uploading to SCORM Cloud and testing from there. If it works from SCORM Cloud, you know that the issue isn't with your content.
If you've just recently upgraded to Cp 9.0.2 your LMS issue could be related to the web server needing to have the JSON mimetype enabled for HTML5 output to play properly.

After doing alot more testing, it seems that one of my problems is that i'm using images as drag sources.
When I preview everything in scorm cloud or HTML5, I'm noticing that it is extremly hard to find the point where I can actually drag the image from. The location where the pointer changes to a hand is really small compared to if I were using a shape, like a circle or a box.
This does not happen on every picture, just most of them.
Does anyone know what causes this, and how it can be fixed?

Can you tell which image format you used: png, gif, jpeg or even SVG? That way I could double-check because I don't remember having that kind of issues ever.
Here is a quick workaround: fill a shape with the image. If you create the shape the same size as the image, it will not be distorted. Do not use the Tile option when filling.

The file format for all of these images is png.
Forgot to mention that this does not happen when I preview the course in captivate itself, but when I preview it in scorm cloud.

Do you publish to SWF or HTML? A normal or a responsive project? Can you try the workaround, maybe only on a small file for testing.
