I have just received Captivate 9 installation CD and our company's administrator has been trying to install it on my PC, but every time the installation fails due to the same error (this is actually the error that shows when I try to open the application, after the installation):
Now, the interesting thing is that the above dll is not missing:
and during the installation Captivate picked up the latest MIcrosoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable:
Could the currently installed Captivate 6 be a culprit i.e. should it be uninstalled before trying to install captivate 9?
If not, what is the way to allow seamless installation?

Well, it doesn't seem to be the answer in my case, because windows doesn't allow me to do the repair (Change) of the Visual C++.
I am getting the following error:

Any idea why is this happening?
