Hello. I'm working on a single slide project in Captivate. Viewing my work in the project, everything is fine (it's mostly animated vector/png images). Total slide time is 120 seconds. When I preview the project (any mode, full project, from this slide, next five slides, in browser), the first 17 seconds play fine and then the animation freezes. I continue to hear the Audio recorded to the slide, but all objects stop moving, literally as if they are frozen on screen. I have no other projects open, I've cleared the Cache. This issue never came up even with much larger and more complex projects. I'm using Captivate 9. Please help! I've got a quick turn around on what should be a fairly east project. Why is this happened? What can I do?
What about the grouped object called Navigation_Bar_108? Is there an object that is part of that group that might pause your project?

Can you share an image of the timeline with all objects visible? Particularly at the 17 second mark.

HI Captiv8r, thank you for replying. Here is a screen shot of my timeline.

I'm going to hazard a guess but I believe you have either a button with a pause or a click box that pauses the project. Check your buttons to see if they pause at 17 seconds.

Thank you, but unfortunately this project doesn't have any buttons or click boxes. It's simply animated images. Do animation triggers or effects cause this? I'm using quite a few.

Ahhhh, I wasn't thinking about the Navigation bar! Yes, I moved the arrow objects out of the Navigation bar and the preview played like usual! I'll just have to modify whatever is going on with those objects. THANK YOU!
