I've been tasked with fixing a project which has come in so that it only completes when you finish the quiz.
I've changed all the necessary settings on the publishing options, so that it will only register as complete if the pass mark is achieved.
However, it completes on the LMS no matter what - even if only one slide is viewed.
What could be causing this?
Any suggestions gratefully received - I have no idea how to solve this issue and it's driving me mad!

When you 'Enable Reporting', in Project Properties -> Quiz -> Reporting, you are deciding how a 'completion' is reported to your LMS.
Ensure that the 'Success/Completion Criteria' does NOT measure 'slide views.' (That is, it should be unchecked, like below.)
Also, you should be careful about the percentages if you only have a few questions. ON a 4 question quiz (or fewer) a passing score of 80% really means they need ALL QUESTIONS CORRECT. Set the threshold 1% below your target.
If the minimum score is 75%, passing is 74%. This will allow 3 of 4 questions to pass.
Things are better now, but I've found that LMS implemented this math differently, so the course developer had to pay close attention to these options.

Hi there,
Thanks for the suggestions.
I'm meeting all those criteria, but it's marking as complete on the LMS after only a single slide view (the quiz isn't even being looked at).
Any other ideas welcome!

It is possible that the course shell in the LMS is configured to mark as complete if the learner simply launches the course. Check your completion settings within the LMS as well. It may not be a Captivate issue at all.
