Captivate Project Not Loading in Microsoft Azure App Service

I am having an issue with my published web project not running in Azure App Service. The projectruns fine in Visual Studio and directly through the browser on my local machine but it just has a continous loading icon when trying to view on the Azure app service website. Any ideas?

Perhaps that server does not have JSON files allowed?  Check with the server administrator. JSON is required for Captivate HTML5 output.
