First off, I am running the latest update of Captivate AND Windows, I checked. My computer also runs Adobe CC programs without any problems. I always close all other programs while running captivate. That being said, Captivate is still crashing when I visit the assets panel (although I CAN save now--a big improvement over last week). Additionally, there is several seconds lag time in placing anything into the workspace ( buttons from the drop down menu, text caption boxes,etc.). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Do you have good bandwidth? Sometimes the lagging is huge, but always when the download speed of my network is too low on a WiFi device. You can check using one of the speedtests available everywhere. It is rarely the capacity of the system itself which is causing this problem.
