Captivate scores not showing up in the Analyzer (but appearing in the FTP)

I'm using this amazing tool for a while to create some great e-learning courses to train my small sales team. I've spent a good amount of time researching but couldn't find an answer. I was wondering if you guys could help me. I use internal server and I created several quizzes reporting perfectly to the "Analyzer".

The taker's scores are not appearing in the "Quiz Result Analyzer". It's blank, even though when I go to this specific quiz folder, I get that warning message "new learner result found, do you want to download them?" Also, it's weird because I can locate the raw files with the scores navigating through this folder using FTP software. Also, when I hit save, it saves the scores locally to my computer (!!!). The scores that I can't even see in the Analyzer screen.

I even tried to use an older quiz as a template, updating the slides and the quiz info in the reporting preferences, but I still have the same problem. Any help would be much appreciated

Captivate version: 9.0.2.437 (Windows 10)

PS: I've created several quizzes already, without any reporting problem. But it was a few months ago. Maybe it's an update problem?

Were you able to resolve this?  I am seeing the same results on my internal server\Quiz Results Analyzer.  All other fields are working as expected - I'm stumped....
